Refund and Delivery Policy

RETURNS 

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days if unused, unopened, in original packaging, and undamaged. Custom items are non-returnable. ET Designs will assess the condition of returned items.

  2. Deposits for custom items are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

  3. If the customer requests a return, they are responsible for returning the product to ET Designs. ET Designs can arrange collection at the customer's expense, to be paid before pickup. If a third party is used for return shipping, the customer must arrange insurance and ensure proper packaging for transport. Risk and ownership transfer only once the goods are received in good condition by ET Designs.

DELIVERY

  1. Quoted delivery includes drop-off only—no unpacking, handling, assembly, or installation. Any special delivery needs must be discussed and quoted when ordering.

  2. Deliveries must be inspected and signed for on arrival. Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours by phone and in writing. Visible packaging damage must be noted on the delivery note and photographed in the driver’s presence. Insurance claims require these steps—especially for items with glass.

  3. For courier deliveries, especially of heavy items, delivery is roadside only. Clients must arrange for help on-site to offload and move goods indoors unless special arrangements are made in advance.

  4. Missed deliveries due to client unavailability, access issues, or site inaccessibility may incur additional charges.

  5. Delivery times are estimates and may change, delays do not qualify for compensation, but a new date will be arranged promptly. While AM or PM delivery can be confirmed, specific times cannot be guaranteed.

  6. Risk transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.​​​​​
