ORDERING​

1. All quotations are provided and orders accepted strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the 28 clauses that follow. These terms take precedence over any terms and conditions presented by the buyer, except where superseded by the current Consumer Protection Act. By making a payment toward the issued quotation or invoice, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. While we take every reasonable precaution, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to verify that all product details listed on the quotation are accurate before proceeding with the order.

3. For custom products, the order is confirmed upon receipt of a signed drawing, written approval, or payment. No modifications can be made once the order has been confirmed.

4. Quotations are valid for 48 hours unless a different validity period is specified in writing.

1. Full payment is required before any order is processed or confirmed.

1. We recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to keep your product in good condition. We are not responsible for improper maintenance or operation.
